4. Coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure timely response to all legal matters pending before the honorable courts.
5. Draft Contracts, briefs, notices, memoranda, circular, correspondence, orders, report, and other legal forms.
6. To maintain and update record related to legal matters.

8. Preparing of Legal Documentation, Execution & Registration of Lease Deed, NOC’s, Change in Name, Change in Trade, Change in Constitution, Bank Mortgage, Bank Lien Marking, Corporate matters, Bifurcation of Plots, Amalgamation of Plots, Transfer of Property/Plots etc.
9. Provide Assistance to Board/Legal Committee meetings.
10. Preparation of working papers and Minutes of the Legal Committee meetings.
